Annual NYC 15 Minute Play Festival

 

The audience gets to play critic and vote for their favorite plays.

 

35 original short plays are chosen from more than 300 submissions from throughout the United States.

 

Audience members vote each night for their favorite play with the winners moving on to the finals and a chance to compete for cash prizes for Best Play, Best Direction, Best Performance and overall Audience Favorites.

 

The Festival closing night on Saturday May 16 features an awards presentation which the audience is invited to attend.

 

This year's playwrights include Liz Amberly, Ken Brisbois, Carla Cantrelle, Steve Capra, Matt Casarino, Richard Ciccarone, Peter Coston, Don Creedon, Sol Crespo, Thomas C. Dunn, C.J. Ehrlich, Brian Feehan, Eleanor Kennedy, Jacques Lamarre, Janet Lawler, Libby Leonard, David Lewison, Jonathan Libman, Adam M. Lucas, Morna Murphy Martell, Kirk McGee, Craig McNulty, Richard Petrocelli, John Pizzuto, Shannon Reed, Marcia Rudin, Jack Rushen, Bill Rutkoski, Deborah Savadge, David Schrag, Steven Schutzman, Mark Troy, Michelle Weilert, David Weiner and Steven Wisniewski.
