are categorized by venue: i.e. - Off-Off Broadway, Off-Broadway,

must have a minimum of three performances to be listed. |

list Music Concerts, Dance, Stand-up, Cabaret, Opera. |
| The longer
your show is listed, the better. Send your information as early as
possible. Please do not send us or refer us to text that has been made into an image file. We can't copy text in an image file. |

INFORMATION WE NEED TO LIST YOUR SHOW |
| Show web site and / or website of the theatre company
and / or producing organization. |
| Name of production. |
| Description of production. A brief summary of what the
piece is about - just the facts please. |
| Theatre (venue) name and address. |
| Performance dates. Preview dates, opening date, closing
date. |
| Performance schedule. Days, date, and time. |
| Ticket Prices. |
| Phone
number of your box office or ticket vendor or both. |
| On-line ticket sales vendor web site. |
| Cast. |
| Credits. Set, Costumes, Sound, Lighting etc. |
| Producer. Require name, address, phone. |
| Photos. Send as an attachment
to an email. If you have several photos you would like to see as part of your listing we can arrange them as a slideshow. A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 12 ought to cover it. Here is an example. |
